Chatassist is designed not tocollect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. Ourinteractions with users are focused on providing assistance and informationwithout the need to collect personal identifiers such as names, emailaddresses, or other similar information.
We do, however, collectnon-personally identifiable usage data, such as the date and time ofinteractions, the types of queries submitted to the bot, and other similarinformation. This usage data is collected solely for the purpose of improvingthe functionality and user experience of Chatassist.
Failure to provide certainpersonal data may make it impossible for Chatassist to provide its services.
Users are responsible for anypersonal data of third parties that are obtained, published, or shared throughChatassist. They confirm that they have the third party's consent to providethe data to the Owner.
The Data Controller processes the data of Users in a propermanner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorizedaccess, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.
Data processing is carried outusing computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational proceduresand modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the DataController, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types ofpersons in charge, involved with the operation of Chatassist (administration,sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such asthird-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, ITcompanies, or communications agencies). These persons may be appointed, ifnecessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these partiesmay be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
The data is processed at theData Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the partiesinvolved with the processing are located. For further information, pleasecontact the Data Controller.
The Data is kept for the timenecessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by thepurposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that theData Controller suspend or remove the data.
The Use of the Collected Data
The Personal Data used for eachpurpose is outlined in the specific sections of this document.
We use non-personallyidentifiable usage data to analyse and improve the performance andfunctionality of Chatassist. This data helps us understand how users interactwith the bot and allows us to make enhancements and improvements.
We use cloud services todeliver Chatassist and to provide its features and functionalities. These cloudservice providers may require access to data to deliver their services, butthey are contractually obligated to protect the data
and use it only for thepurposes for which it was provided.

The User's Personal Data may beused for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stagesleading to possible legal action arising from improper use of Chatassist or therelated services.
The User declares to be awarethat the Data Controller may be required to reveal personal data upon requestof public authorities.

System Logs and Maintenance
For operation and maintenancepurposes, Chatassist and any third-party services may collect files that recordinteraction with Chatassist (System logs) or use for this purpose otherPersonal Data (such as IP Address).

Users have the right, at anytime, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult theData Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify theiraccuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, canceled, updated, or corrected,or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held inviolation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and alllegitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the Data Controller at thecontact information set out above.
Chatassist does not support “DoNot Track” requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services ituses honor the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.
